Hi World,

This is going to be my second attempt to keep this blog alive...I am like this....I like to start things anew it seems...be tha friendship, be that career or anything....only thing which i somehow can not change is my nature to love starting things anew...

What kept me away from blogging? Not laziness, not lack of content but because I was looking for some answers...I had quit my job and started on my own and then the recession came in...it was a jolter for a person like me....now all the clients tell me that work will come and soon - they like my work but when? Dont know...

Not that I have any financial crunch - thankfully I dont but its not about that - it was one of my bravest decision to start something which I love on my own ...but lets see...

But with the back of this blog - I also want to tell myself that I will try and come to speed with every other things...back to fun...friends...and life...coz I beleive in life...and tomorrow is another day!...

Nothing relaxes more than day alone with myself...waking up late with a big mug of cold coffee and Bill Bryson novel!

That is exactly what I am going to do this weekend...

For last few days the work has been really tough...trip to KL and then back...then back to Seattle for two clients meetings has left me wanting for a little peaceful time with myself ...

Ever since I joined this new place - I wanted to really work hard and prove myself amongst the stalwarts...I dont think I am doing bad but too much work pressure is not giving me time for myself. And now when I am thinking, I dont think I have any other friends (outside office)...Thanks June is around...but this weekend even she is not around as she decided to go to her parents...and well! too much work has successfully kept me away from dating anyone as well...and I dont believe that I should be courting any guys from office...I insist on not mixing personal and professional...Bluepont on the blackberry often tells me about interesting people around....may be I will try it in the weekend...but mostly this weekend is all going to be mine...

So now looking forward for that cold coffee tomorrow morning ...

This post is dedicated to all the fun that me and June (my friend) are having these days because of BluePont

June started using it first and met some pretty interesting person and she is the sole culprit of dragging me into this fun!!! ...hahahaha - so I decided to give it a shot ...just like I have done so many weird things like betting to not sleep for 48 hours ...(and that was also because of my best friend June :) )

While searching about Bluepont I came across a user's experience on a forum -

So I go into this bar and was having drinks...I was eyeing a guy at the corner...he was stealing looks at me...and I liked him...I was secretly hoping I will get to meet him...hahahaha...and then bluepont played a music and I was told that there is a guy nearby whom you might like to meet...I prayed it to be him and replied yes, i would like to meet him...(read further)

This is so similar to my story -

I was waiting at the bus stop when my blackberry played music...I checked and found that Bluepont has found a match for me...while I was contemplating what to do since my bus still had 30 minutes to come...I decided to meet this match of mine - courtesy Bluepont

Well, I was not very disappointed...

He (I dont want to name him!) seemed quite genteel and nice guy...he was quite hesitant in the start but then I broke the ice by playing some stupid joke on myself. We both started laughing and then he was in his true colors!

Later I asked him if he realised that had we not used Bluepont, we would not have met becuase he would have been so hesitated in approaching me...and both of us again started laughing!

And well, yes June, we indeed have decided to meet again...

For those who dont know about Bluepont - BluePont is a cool mobile application for mobile phones that alerts users when the right person is close.

It's based on GPS or cell towers, and it alerts people when they are within 200 - 1,000 yards of each other depending on location precision. The service then enables the two people to exchange private messages (number is not sent) so they can possibly meet right away.There are 20+ "mobile meeting" happening now every day so the critical mass is within reach.
